Escape your daily stresses with one of our relaxing massages. We offer a range of massage techniques to rejuvenate your body, mind and spirit. Besides feeling wonderful, massage has many important health benefits, like stimulating circulation, which causes improved blood flow. This helps to increase the oxygen in our tissues, which in turn helps to flush out toxins and reduce fluid retention. The heat produced by massage and the resulting increase in blood flow also helps our muscles relax and release tension. Frequent massages are essential to those of us who are under stress - especially when combined with the therapeutic properties of aromatherapy oils.

Aromatherapy Massage:
Experience the deep relaxation of an integrative massage with a custom blend of therapeutic grade essential oils selected specifically for you.

Integrative Massage:
This massage combines a variety of strokes, techniques and pressure to increase circulation, reduce muscle tension, increase vitality, balance and general well-being. Integrative Massage sessions are tailored to meet your needs and preferences.

Deep Tissue Massage:
This is an overall firm massage session with deep focused work on tight areas. It isolates specific muscle groups to release built-up tension and overworked muscles with intense, deep tissue massage.

      90 minute session     $105.
    120 minute session     $135.		  
 
Raindrop Therapy:
This is an application of a sequence of essential oils dispersed like drops of rain onto the spine. Oils are lightly brushed with gentle strokes along the spine with massage techniques. Secondary focus areas are the shoulders and feet. A variety of essential oils and hot towels are used for healing and relaxation.
   60 minute session    $100.		  
Hot Stone Massage:
An ancient Native American technique of using hot stones to massage deep penetrating heat into muscles and tissue; provides the ultimate state of relaxation.
    90 minute session    $115.
